On December 23, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Scott K. Rineer. However, upon further review, it appears that the Motion to Dismiss was filed in the wrong case.

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Scott K. Rineer is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
