Before the Court is appellant's September 2, 2021 motion for an extension of time to file his brief. In the motion, counsel states, and we have confirmed, that Defense Exhibit 1 admitted during the hearing on appellant's motion to suppress is not in the reporter's record.

We ORDER court reporter Janet Dugger to file a supplemental reporter's record with Defense Exhibit 1, along with any other exhibits admitted during the hearing on appellant's motion to suppress, within TWELVE DAYS of the date of this order. Appellant's brief is DUE thirty days from the date the supplemental reporter's record is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; to Janet Dugger, official court reporter, 296th Judicial District Court; to Maria Tu; and to the Collin County District Attorney.
