This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 13, 2021, for cases where New York, New York is the place of Trial. On August 12, 2021, respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 12, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the September 13, 2021, New York, New York trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
