An appeal having been taken to this Court by the above-named respondent-appellant from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 2, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And, The Family Defense Center having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extentof deeming the 8 amicus curiae briefs submitted with the moving papers herein as filed with the appeal.
