Upon due consideration of petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed October 17, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted in that these cases are stricken for trial from the April 8, 2024, San Francisco, California Special Session and are continued. The parties are advised that these cases will be set for trial in May 2024 and they should begin preparation and negotiation accordingly.
