This collection-due-process case is on the February 12, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. Respondent has found some problems with the IRS's notice of determination to enforce collection, and he and petitioner have jointly moved to remand. This is entirely appropriate, and will likely take some time. It is therefore

ORDERED that the parties' December 13, 2023 motion to continue is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's February 12, 2024 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction over this case. it is also

ORDERED that the parties' December 13, 2023 motion to remand this case is granted. It is also

ORDERED that on or before May 29, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents, or respondent shall file either the supplemental notice of determination or a status report describing the parties' progress at IRS Appeals.
