This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On February 7 and 8, 2022, the Court received returned mail of both the Court's Notice of Setting for Trial and Standing Pretrial Order for a Regular Tax Case, each issued January 25, 2022, on petitioners at their address of record in this case. That Notice and Standing Pretrial Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelop in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender -- Attempted --Not Known - Unable to Forward".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall on or before April 13, 2022, provide to the Court the best contact information available, including the address(es) of petitioners Apalasi M. Mwenebato & Selestine Aoci.
