Order confirming report of official referee and modifying final judgment of divorce so as to include therein a provision for payment of alimony to plaintiff in the sum of five dollars per week beginning November 30, 1936, affirmed, with fifty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P.J., not voting.
