Pro Se Petition for Writ of Mandamus [Circuit Court of Crittenden County, CR 2009-984] Petition Moot.
Now before us is a pro se petition for writ of mandamus filed here on October 1, 2009, by petitioner Eric Lavell Murry. In the petition he contends that the Honorable Ralph Wilson, Circuit Judge, has failed to act in a timely manner on a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by petitioner in the Circuit Court of Crittenden County on August 21, 2009.
On October 5, 2009, Judge Wilson entered an order disposing of the habeas petition. As the court has acted on the petition, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
