Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to supplement his brief with the sixteen-page document attached to the motion. The motion to supplement Point 5 with pages 1 through 7 included in the supplemental brief is GRANTED. The motion to supplement Appellant's brief with pages 8 through 16 is DENIED because Appellant is attempting to raise three points of error not included in his original brief.
