MARC DOUGLAS MURR, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

These cases were on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. The parties reported that respondent has produced the administrative file and, more recently, a voluminous FOIA response. This means thousands of pages of records for the them to work through. The parties continue to believe that these cases are highly susceptible to settlement once these documents are reviewed. They reasonably suggest reporting again in a couple months. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before October 23, 2023 the parties shall submit decision documents or file a status report describing their progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the facts to be tried.
