PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals and seeks certiorari review of the circuit court's order dismissing his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We consolidate the appeal and petition for writ of certiorari, treat the petition as an initial brief, and summarily affirm pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(a).

Affirmed.
