Per Curiam.

Petitioner's motion to accept as timely, docketed February 21, 2020, is denied as moot. The Court notes that the petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel was timely filed as reflected by the institutional filing stamp.

The amended petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is denied on the merits.

Petitioner's "motion for show of good cause," docketed February 21, 2020, and "motion for show of good cause," docketed March 2, 2020, are denied as moot.
