IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, Plaintiff KATHLEEN MURPHY and Defendants SHASTA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER and DR. RON SAND by and through their counsel of record, that this Court enter a dismissal of Plaintiff's Complaint with prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(ii), with each party to bear its own fees and costs.
ORDER
Pursuant to stipulation by the parties, the parties' joint stipulation is GRANTED and this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, with each party to bear its own fees and costs. The Clerk of the Court is directed to CLOSE this action.
