Present — Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.


As the result of a collision at a grade crossing between an automobile owned by one of the plaintiffs and defendant's passenger train, plaintiffs seek to recover damages for personal injuries, for medical expenses and loss of services, and for property damage. Plaintiffs appeal from an order setting aside verdicts in their favor and granting a new trial. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
