The judgment of dismissal pertaining to Claire Dunbar is vacated; the order requiring the plaintiff to file a bond as to Dunbar is vacated; in place of the order, a finding and decision is to be substituted that the plaintiff's evidence presented in her offer of proof, if properly substantiated, is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry; and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings.
