ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

On November 15, 2021, this case was called from the calendar of the trial session of the Court for Los Angeles, California (remote), for hearing on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecution, filed October 20, 2020. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. On May 24, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause why respondent's motion should not be granted and decision entered for respondent with a response due by June 21, 2022. No such response has been filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served on May 24, 2022, is hereby made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed October 20, 2020, is hereby granted. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that there is a deficiency due from petitioner for the taxable year 2014 in the amount of $46,717.00; and

That there is an addition to tax due from petitioner under I.R.C. section 6651(a) (1)for 2014 in the amount of $7,726.50; and

That there is an addition to tax due from petitioner under I.R.C. section 6651(a) (2)for 2014 in the amount of $8,585.00; and

That there is an addition to tax due from petitioner under I.R.C. section 6654 for 2014 in the amount of $591.88.
