Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 21, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On June 23, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered June 21, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
