Munsterman v. Crawford

Supreme Court of Louisiana
Mar 16, 1989
539 So. 2d 637 (La. 1989)

Opinion

No. 88-C-2680.

March 16, 1989.

In re Louise Jennings, Charles L. Crawford, Jr., Dabney Ewin, Gordon Ewin, James P. Ewin, Jr., James Scott, Leroy H. Scott, Jr., Dr. Walter L. Crawford, Esmond S. Grosz, Charles Scott and John Deblieux, applying for reconsideration of writ denied 1/6/89, from the Third Circuit Court of Appeal, No. CA87-0676, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Evangeline, Section A, No. 40,400-A.

Reconsideration denied. The judgment is final. See C.C.P. art. 2166(D).

There is no property right created by the judgment in this case. I would therefore have this Court exercise its supervisory judgment, grant the application and give more thorough consideration to the assignments of error and arguments presented by relator.
