The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Five, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for writ of mandate/prohibition and to issue an order to show cause directing respondent court to show cause why relief should not be granted based on petitioner's claim that the evidence at the preliminary hearing was insufficient to satisfy the corpus delicti rule.
