This case was originally calendared for trial on February 27, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Los Angeles, California. By Order of the Court dated February 3, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On October 13, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement, and requested until October 28, 2023, to submit decision documents to the Court.
