ORDER DISMISSING ACTION FOR FAILURE TO PROSECUTE


On March 30, 2004, the Court issued an order to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The Court ordered plaintiff Faheem Munir ("Munir") to either file a motion for summary judgment by April 30, 2004, or show good cause in writing by that date for his failure to do so. To date, Munir has not responded to the order to show cause.

Accordingly, the above-titled action is hereby DISMISSED for failure to prosecute.

The Clerk shall close the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
