Appellant has filed a motion to reconsider/reinstate, asking this Court to reconsider its order to abate, issued June 29, 2021.

The motion is granted and we vacate our prior order abating the case. The trial court is directed to cancel any hearings necessitated by this Court's June 29, 2021 order.

The appeal is now reinstated on this Court's active docket.
