Appellee's brief in this appeal has not been filed pending settlement. Before the Court is the parties' joint status report and motion to abate the appeal. The parties inform the Court they have signed a settlement agreement, and they request we abate the appeal until July 25, 2025, to allow the agreement to be effectuated.
We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we SUSPEND the brief deadline and ORDER the parties to file a joint status report no later than October 10, 2024.
