ORDER


Ishaq Mumin moves pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence. By letters of June 17 and 27, he writes as well that he has "consent[ed] to the transfer" of his motion, or at least part of it, to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which imposed the sentence that he challenges.

The United States shall respond to the motion on or before August 26, 2005.

SO ORDERED.
