Sharon J. Mullings appeals an order denying unemployment benefits. The hearing officer heard conflicting testimony regarding the reasons for the employer's discharge, and resolved the conflict in favor of the employer. On the basis of the record now before us, we are bound by those findings. The order is therefore affirmed.

Affirmed.
