Appeal From: The Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Missouri The Honorable Patrick K. Robb, Judge
Jeffrey C. Esparza, Kansas City, MO, for Appellant
Shariece L. Canady, St. Joseph, MO, for Respondent
Before Judges: Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick, Judge, and Karen King Mitchell, Judge

M.T.W. appeals from the judgment assuming jurisdiction and placing her on probation for committing the delinquency offense of making a terrorist threat in the third degree. M.T.W. asserts that there was insufficient evidence that she aided another juvenile in sending a threat of a school shooting on social media by assisting him in creating a Snapchat account, arguing that she did not know he intended to make a threat before she assisted him.
AFFIRMED.
Division Two holds:
The evidence in the light most favorable to the trial court's judgment was sufficient to infer that M.T.W.'s action assisting her classmate deactivate his Snapchat account and create a new one was done with the purpose of assisting the classmate in disseminating the threat. Although M.T.W. testified that she did not know her classmate's purpose in creating the Snapchat account, we defer to the trial court on issues of witness credibility.
