An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 15, 2023, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order, of the foreclosure sale of the subject property and of all proceedings to enforce the judgments in this action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on the condition the appeal is perfected for the September 2024 Term of this Court.
