PRESENT:

Attorneys for appellants having moved to withdraw as counsel and for a stay of all proceedings for 30 days in the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 21, 2016,,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Chi-Ru Jou, Esq., dated September 12, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to withdraw as counsel is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking as stay is denied.
