M.S., The Father, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES and the Guardian ad Litem Program, Appellees.

Crystal J. Marsh of Marsh Law Firm, P.A., Port Saint Lucie, for appellant. Kelley Schaeffer of Children's Legal Services, Bradenton, for appellee State of Florida Department of Children and Families. Laura J. Lee, Sanford, for appellee Guardian ad Litem Program.

Per Curiam.

Appellant appeals separate orders terminating his parental rights as to A.S. (Case No. 16–3905) and M.S. (Case No. 16–3906). We have consolidated these appeals for all purposes. Based on appellees' confessions of error, we reverse the final orders terminating the appellant's parental rights and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with the best interest of the children.

Reversed and Remanded.

Gross, Taylor and Damoorgian, JJ., concur.
