Petitioner is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. On October 3, 2022, Respondent filed a request for an extension of time to file a response to the petition. (Doc. 6.) Good cause having been presented and good cause appearing therefor, Respondent is GRANTED an extension of time to and including October 18, 2022, to file a responsive pleading.
