MEMORANDUM OPINION

The above appeal was abated on February 18, 2000 due to appellant's filing of bankruptcy. In response to our inquiry regarding the status of the bankruptcy proceedings, we received correspondence from counsel for both parties stating the bankruptcy proceedings have concluded. The correspondence also stated that due to the disposition of the bankruptcy proceedings, this appeal is now moot. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Klein v. Hernandez, 315 S.W.3d 1, 3-4 (Tex. 2010).
