APPEAL AND ERROR, § 91order discharging garnishee, as not appealable. Where on motion of garnishee an order was entered quashing writ of attachment and discharging garnishee, in view of the confused state of the record, garnishee's motion to dismiss appeal on ground that no final judgment was entered should have been granted.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. EUGENE L. McGARRY, presiding.

Dismissed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at December term, 1939.
