SCOTT B. MOSHER & LINDA L. MOSHER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's September 12, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 13, 2022, the parties each filed a status report. The Commissioner's status report requested that the Court set this case for trial. Petitioners' Scott B. and Linda L. Mosher requested additional time to submit a stipulated decision document or another status report. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 5, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case. At that point in time, if the parties have not fully resolved this case, the Court is inclined to return this case to the general docket.
