ORDER

Before the Court are two motions filed by the State on January 26, 2018. In one of the motions, the State requests that this Court allow the State to exceed the word count limit in its brief. We GRANT this motion.

In the other motion, the State requests a second extension of time to file its brief. We GRANT this motion and ORDER the State's brief received January 26, 2018 filed as of the date of this order.
