Opinion filed January 23, 1940. Rehearing denied February 5, 1940.

PATENTS AND INVENTIONS, § 4employer and employee, rights. Patents and inventions of owner of one-man corporation which were developed in part at least at the company plant belonged to the individual, where his contract of employment provided many other duties than the development of improvements on the apparatus manufactured, and also provided that all patents and inventions were the property of the individual.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. GROVER C. NIEMEYER, presiding. Reversed and remanded.
