ORDER
Petitioner filed his current petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 on September 15, 2009. Doc. No. 1. Respondent filed a motion to dismiss or to transfer, Doc. No. 5, which was denied by this Court on February 18, 2010. Opinion and Order, Doc. No. 8. Respondent then filed a return of writ on March 3, 2010, Doc. No. 9, to which petitioner responded on March 15, 2010. Doc. No. 10. This matter is now before the Court on petitioner's April 21, 2010, motion asking the Court to enter judgment in this case. Doc. No. 11.
The issues presented in the petition and the return of writ will be considered in due course. Accordingly, petitioner's motion, Doc. No. 11, is DENIED without prejudice to renewal at a later date.
