The petition for review is granted. The issue to be briefed and argued is whether an Appellate Division of the Superior Court is required to appoint counsel for an indigent defendant charged with a misdemeanor offense on an appeal by the prosecution.

The previously issued stay remains in effect pending further order of this court.
