RANDALL MORRIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 3, 2023, attorney Lisa R. Jones filed an entry of appearance on behalf of respondent in this case (Doc. 32). The certificate of service of that document, however, includes the name and address of a different petitioner in a different case. Later on May 3, 2023, respondent filed an amended certificate of service with respect to the just-described entry of appearance, which properly included the name and address of the petitioner in this case (Doc. 33). However, because the entry of appearance, filed May 3, 2023 (Doc. 32), includes personal information related to a petitioner in a different case, the Court will strike that entry of appearance and the amended certificate of service from the Court's record.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the entry of appearance and amended certificate of service, filed May 3, 2023, at Docs. 32 and 33, are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
