Appeal by the plaintiff former administrator from a decree of the Probate Court for the district of Andover approving the plaintiff's final account, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Tolland and tried to the court, Klaczak, J.; judgment modifying the probate decree, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
