This case was originally calendared for trial at the Kansas City, Missouri Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023. By Order of the Court dated March 17 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On August 28, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code (U.S.C. 11) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia case is still ongoing.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that although proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before December 4, 2023, file a joint status report (or separate status reports if a joint report is not possible) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
