Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; Vincent L. Leibell, Judge.

Leonard J. Mormino appeals from an assertedly inadequate decree in admiralty in his favor for damages and maintenance and cure for personal injuries sustained by him on June 29, 1948, as a member of the crew of the S.S. David T. Wilentz, owned by respondent, Leon Hess, Inc.
