LOUIS J. MORLEDGE & ALEXIS MORLEDGE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Upon review, it appears to the Court that this case was inadvertently commenced by petitioners when petitioners attempted to electronically file an amended petition in their previously filed case at Docket No. 10294-22S, without having first properly registered for eAccess by contacting dawson.support @ustaxcourt.gov. This case is a duplicate of petitioners' case at Docket No. 10294-22S as in both cases petitioners seek review of a notice of deficiency issued for their 2019 tax year. Accordingly, the Court will close this case on the ground of duplication.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 10294-22S. All future communications concerning petitioners' 2019 tax year shall be directed to Docket No. 10294-22S.

Petitioners are encouraged to register for eAccess to their case at Docket No. 10294-22S by emailing a request for eAccess to dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov.
