Appellant was convicted on February 10, 2022 and filed his timely notice of appeal on April 22, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.2(a)(2). The record was due on June 10, 2022. Court reporter Deborah Harmon informed the Court that the reporter's record had not been requested and payment arrangements had not been made. We notified appellant and instructed him to provide written verification, by June 19, 2022, that he had (1) requested the reporter's record and (2) had paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record or was indigent for purposes of appeal. We cautioned appellant that the failure to do so would result in the appeals being submitted without a reporter's record. To date, appellant has not complied with the Court's instructions, and he has failed to otherwise communicate with the Court regarding the appeals. We note, however, that the clerk's record states appellant was "declared unable to pay costs for the case."
Because appellant has not requested the reporter's record, we ORDER these appeals submitted without a reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c). Appellant's brief is due by August 15, 2022.
