Before the Court is appellant's May 22, 2023 third motion for extension of time to file her opening brief. Appellant seeks a forty-five day extension.
We note appellant's brief was first due March 30, 2023 and our order granting the second extension cautioned appellant that further extensions would be disfavored. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT that we ORDER the brief be filed no later than June 30, 2023. We caution appellant that further extensions will not be granted absent exigent circumstances and failure to file the brief may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
