ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On January 7, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On May 25, 2022, petitioner filed a Notice of Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. After the Court thereafter directed respondent to file a response to petitioner's notice of objection, respondent submitted a status report advising that additional time was needed to procure relevant records.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file a Response to petitioner's Notice of Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby extended to April 24, 2023.
