This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On June 30, 2022, respondent filed (1) a Motion for Continuance of Trial and (2) a Motion to Change Place of Trial, seeking to change the place of trial in this case from Hartford, Connecticut (which the Court designated by Order served on the parties on July 14, 2021) to New York, New York. In the former motion only, respondent states that he has been unable to contact petitioners regarding whether they have any objection to the granting of this motion. In latter motion, respondent states that petitioners used the address 720 East 25th Street, Paterson, New Jersey 07504 in their petition, but the Court has indicated their address in the docket record for this case as 720 East 25th Street, Paterson, New York 07504. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before July 22, 2022, file a response to respondent's motions, including confirming their address of record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioners in care of 720 East 25th Street, Paterson, New Jersey 07504.
