This case was heard during the Court's January 23, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
The Court directed the parties to file a stipulated decision with the Court by March 27, 2023. To date, the parties have not filed a stipulated decision document. We will allow the parties additional time to finalize a settlement. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that sua sponte, the time in which the parties shall file a stipulated decision document is extended until July 10, 2023.
