On order of the Court, respondent's motion for clarification of this Court's September 11, 2001, order, and permission for a sealed ex parte response is considered, and it is GRANTED to the extent that respondent shall file a sealed ex parte response and that response shall be due within 63 days of the date of this order. The motion for clarification is otherwise DENIED. Respondent's ex parte motion for order to show cause is also considered, and it is DENIED.
