An Appeal under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Manuel A. Crespo, Judge. Lower Tribunal Nos. 99-25457 and 99-14768.

Pursuant to the state's proper confession of error, we reverse the trial court's order denying defendant's Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800 motion for jail time credit. We remand with directions for the trial court to enter an order awarding defendant 292 days additional jail time credit applied to both case number 99-25457 and case number 99-14768. In addition, pursuant to the state's concession, the defendant shall be released forthwith into federal custody.
